Hi, I’m Rachel

I have a dual certified Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Development and Special Education and bring over a decade of experience as a teacher, coach, and special education itinerant teacher (SEIT). I am trained in Applied Behavior Analysis, PCIT-SM (Selective Mutism), The Structured Teaching Method and Handwriting Without Tears.

As both an educator and parent, I’ve always loved taking my children to playgroups and themed programs throughout New York City and Westchester. My sensory classes are designed to create community for both the caregivers and children.  Each week the theme changes so the participants are excited by new activities. I want the caregivers to have as much fun as the children each and every week.

Event planning is another passion that allows me to bring those same values to life. From music and decorations to the flow of events and themed menus, I love bringing every detail together to create a memorable experience. Designing a thematic party tailored to each individual’s interests truly sparks joy for me.

ABOUT RACHEL

When I’m not covered in rainbow spaghetti, I’m pretending the beach is my office, treating Anthropologie like a museum, or cooking for tiny food critics.
